Through her experiences at the Oakland shelter, Leanne has seen firsthand how many families would love to keep their beloved pets but need a little help to do so, as well as how difficult it is for stray dogs to find their way home. She believes the best way to keep animals out of shelters is for them to never have to go there in the first place.
